Section 1727 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 10 U.S.C. 2224 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The requirement of the Secretary of Defense to submit a monthly report pursuant to subsection
(a)shall terminate on December 31, 2025. .
