The Secretary of Defense shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on the status of cooperation between the United States and Israel on efforts to counter threats by Iran in the form of unmanned aerial systems, including loitering munitions otherwise known as suicide or kamikaze drones. In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the congressional defense committees; the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate.
