Sec. 232. Dissemination of best practices with respect to mental health of direct care professionals

Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall— identify evidence-based or evidence-informed best practices— for preventing suicide and improving mental health and resiliency among direct care professionals; and for training direct care professionals in appropriate strategies to promote their mental health; and disseminate those best practices to the appropriate committees of Congress.
