Section 2009 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 609a ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(i)as subsection (k); and by inserting after subsection
(h)the following: The Administrator shall ensure that the Federal Emergency Management Agency has sufficient personnel and resources to carry out this section. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this subsection, and annually thereafter, the Administrator shall make publicly available information relating to, with respect to the previous fiscal year— the number of applications received for a grant under this section; the number of grants awarded under this section; and the number of qualified entities that applied for a grant under this section and did not receive the grant. .
