Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act— the President shall withdraw the United States from the Constitution of the World Health Organization (62 Stat. 2679; 14 U.N.T.S 186); and no funds available to any Federal department or agency may used to provide for the participation of the United States in the World Health Organization or any successor organization.
