Section 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 122 Stat. 2474) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking April 19, 2024 and inserting two years after the date of enactment of the ; and Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act by inserting and the after Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 ; and in paragraph
(2)in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking April 19, 2024 and inserting two years after the date of enactment of . the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act Section 404(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 122 Stat. 2476), is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the heading, by striking and inserting April 19, 2024 ; and two years after the date of enactment of the Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act by inserting and the after Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 ; in paragraph (2), by inserting and the after Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 ; and in paragraph (4), by inserting and the after Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 in each place it appears.
