Section 402 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after any district court of the United States the following: , including the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review established by section 103 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( . 50 U.S.C. 1803 ), Subsection (a)(1) of section 603 is amended— in subparagraph (E), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the number of times the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review exercised authority under chapter 21 of title 18, United States Code and a description of each use of such authority. .
