Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 4902(2)(A) of title 14, United States Code, for fiscal year 2025— $138,500,000 is authorized for the acquisition or procurement of 1 missionized HC–130J Super Hercules aircraft; and $36,000,000 is authorized for the service life extension program and any necessary upgrades of the 47-foot Motor Life Boat. Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 4902(2)(A) of title 14, United States Code, for fiscal year 2026— $1,200,000,000 is authorized for the acquisition of a Polar Security Cutter; $1,100,000,000 is authorized for the acquisition of 2 Offshore Patrol Cutters; $138,500,000 is authorized for the acquisition or procurement of 1 missionized HC–130J Super Hercules aircraft; and $153,500,000 is authorized to outfit and assemble 5 MH–60T Jayhawk aircrafts.
