Section 2514 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (c)(3) by striking 2 months and inserting 1 month ; and in subsection (h)— in paragraph
(1)by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph
(2)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the entitlement of the member and of the survivors of the member to all death benefits under the provisions of chapter 75 of title 10; the provision of all travel and transportation allowances for the survivors of deceased members to attend burial ceremonies under section 481f of title 37; and the eligibility of the member for general benefits as provided in part II of title 38. .
