The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under any of the following laws are hereby rescinded: The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( Public Law 117–2 ). The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ). Public Law 117–69 (commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act ).
