Sec. 210. Mandatory application of sanctions

No later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall impose the sanctions described in section 108 with respect to each individual specified in subsection (b). The individuals specified in this subsection are the following: He Lifeng. Zhao Leji. Cai Qi. Ding Xuexiang. Li Xi.
