In accordance with subsection (b), the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, and the Director of National Intelligence, shall submit to Congress a report on, for the period covered by the report— the extent of mitigation and elimination of the conditions described in section 2(b); and the extent of the occurrence of the conditions described in section 2(b) with respect to securities listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
The Secretary of the Treasury shall submit to Congress a report described in subsection (a)— not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act; not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act; and once every 180 days after the date on which the Secretary submits the report required under paragraph
(2)of this subsection.
