Section 2 of the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 669a ) is amended— in paragraph (7), by striking including fish, ; and in paragraph (9)— by striking section 304(d) and inserting section 4(e) ; and by inserting Indian Tribes, before wildlife conservation organizations . The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 669 et seq. ) is amended— in section 2— by redesignating paragraphs
(6)through
(11)as paragraphs
(7)through (12), respectively; by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: the term species of greatest conservation need means, with respect to funds apportioned to a State, terrestrial, aquatic, or marine fauna or flora that the State fish and wildlife department of such State determines are— of low or declining population; or facing threats and in need of conservation attention; ; by redesignating paragraphs
(8)through (12), as so redesignated by subparagraph
(A)of this paragraph, as paragraphs
(9)through (13), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(7)the following: the term Subaccount means the Wildlife Habitat Conservation and Restoration Subaccount established by section 3(c)(2)(A); ; in section 3— in subsection (c)— in paragraph (10), as so redesignated by section 101(a)(3) of this Act, by striking or an Indian tribe ; and in paragraph (11), as so redesignated by section 101(a)(3) of this Act— by striking Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Account and inserting Subaccount ; and by striking those species with the greatest conservation need as defined by the State wildlife conservation and restoration program and inserting species of greatest conservation need ; and in subsection (d), by striking Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Account and inserting Subaccount ; in section 4 ( 16 U.S.C. 669c )— in subsection (d)— in the heading, by striking and inserting Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Account ; and Subaccount by striking Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Account each place it appears and inserting Subaccount ; and in subsection (e)(1), by striking Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Account and inserting Subaccount ; and in section 8 ( 16 U.S.C. 669g ), in subsection (a), by striking Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Account and inserting Subaccount .
