The National Landslide Preparedness Act ( 43 U.S.C. 3101 et seq. ) is amended— in section 3 ( 43 U.S.C. 3102 )— in subsection (a)(3), by striking protect and inserting contribute to protecting ; in subsection (b)(1)(C)(ii), by striking implement and inserting disseminate ; in subsection (c)(2), by adding at the end the following: The Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. ; and in subsection (h), by striking 2024 and inserting 2029 ; and in section 5 ( 43 U.S.C. 3104 )— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)(A), by inserting and derivative after 3D elevation ; and in paragraph (2)(B)(i), by inserting , process, and integrate after acquire ; in subsection (b)(3)— by redesignating subparagraphs
