Section 603(b) of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 ( 22 U.S.C. 4003 ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking or after the semi-colon at the end; by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (5); and by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following new paragraph: experience serving at an international organization, multilateral institution, or engaging in multinational negotiations; or .
