(3)and (4), respectively; by inserting before paragraph (3), as so redesignated, the following: The term Indian Tribe has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 ). ; in paragraph (3), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by inserting an increase of before carbon dioxide ; and by adding at the end the following: The term Subcommittee means the National Science and Technology Council Subcommittee on Ocean Science and Technology. The term United States means the States, collectively. .
