Section 3401 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986 ( 42 U.S.C. 7178 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not less often than once every five years, the Commission shall undertake a review to determine if the fees and charges it assesses under this section and other laws are sufficient to allow the Commission to handle its workload in an expedient manner. .
