Section 181(b) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3241(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: If an employer provides on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, or employer-directed skills development with funds made available under this title directly to employees of such employer that are subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the employer, the employer shall consult with the labor organization that represents such employees on the planning and design of such training or development. .
Section 181(d) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3241(d) ) is amended by striking incumbent worker training, and inserting incumbent worker training, employer-directed skills development, .
