Section 155 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3205 ) is amended— by striking The Secretary and inserting
(a); In general .—The Secretary by striking centers and inserting campuses by striking center and inserting campus ; and by adding at the end the following: Not later than 6 months after the date of enactment of the A Stronger Workforce for America Act , the Secretary shall establish an advisory committee to provide recommendations on effective or evidence-based strategies to improve— safety, security, and learning conditions on Job Corps campuses; and the standards for campus safety established under section 159(c)(4). .
