In addition to funds made available for payment of Workforce Pell Grants under section 401(k) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (as added by section 2 of this Act), there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Education $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and $30,000,000 for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years for the costs of implementing such section 401(k) and the other amendments to the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq. ) made by this Act.
