Section 60115(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(A)by inserting , if applicable after each proposed standard ; and in subparagraph
(B)by inserting , if applicable after each proposed standard . Section 60115(c)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting and provide written notification of such reasons to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate at the time a final rulemaking relating to the standard is issued after publish the reasons . Section 60115(e) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking up to 4 and inserting 2 .
