Section 804(d)(5) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act ( 16 U.S.C. 6803(d)(5) ), is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking 11 and inserting 12 ; and in subparagraph (D)(ii)— by striking Three and inserting Four ; and after subclause (III), by inserting the following: Veterans organizations, as such term is defined in section 9 of the Military and Veterans in Parks Act . .
