Section 222 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6923 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(5)(B), by striking 2023 and inserting 2028 ; in subsection (d)(1)(C), by striking 2023 and inserting 2028 ; and in subsection (e), by striking $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2028 .
