Section 102 of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8812 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2)— in subparagraph (A)— by inserting who shall be before appointed ; and by inserting , and who shall serve a four year term, subject to renewal before the semicolon; and by amending subparagraph
(B)to read as follows: staff comprised of employees detailed from the Federal departments and agencies specified in section 103(b). ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3), by striking science and technology and inserting science, engineering, and technology research and workforce ; and by amending paragraph
(4)to read as follows: ensure coordination among the collaborative ventures or consortia established under this Act; .
