In this Act: The term community learning center has the meaning given the term in section 4201(b) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7171(b) ). The term SCORE program means the Service Corps of Retired Executives described in section 8(b)(1)(B) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 637(b)(1)(B) ).
