Section 15751(a) of title 40, United States Code, is amended by striking this subtitle $33,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting the following: this subtitle— $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2027; and $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2028 through 2032. .
