Section 15304(a) of title 40, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(8)by striking and at the end; in paragraph
(9)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: collect, retain, and expend fees for the service for which such fees were collected. .
