None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to pay a compromise settlement in relation to a civil action brought by an alien who is inadmissible under section 212(a)(6)(A) or (7)(A)(i)(I) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(6)(A) or (7)(A)(i)(I)), or who entered the United States in violation of section 275(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1325(a) ), in connection with conduct described in such section 275(a), unless expressly authorized by law.
