Section 9502(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking October 1, 2023 and inserting January 1, 2024 ; and in subparagraph
(A)by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting or title II of division B of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2024 and Other Extensions Act; . Section 9502(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking October 1, 2023 and inserting January 1, 2024 .
