Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (14), by striking and ; in paragraph
(15)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $64,098,360 for the period beginning on October 1, 2023, and ending on December 31, 2023. .
