Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i)— in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking For each of fiscal years 2024 through 2027 and inserting For the period beginning November 18, 2023, and ending September 30, 2024, and for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027 ; and in subclauses
(I)and (II), by inserting or period after the fiscal year each place it appears; and in clause (ii), by striking for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2027 and inserting for the period beginning November 18, 2023, and ending September 30, 2024, and for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027. .
