Section 741 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–21 ) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2028. Section 742 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379j– 22) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2029. Effective October 1, 2023, subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 206 of the Animal Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2018 ( Public Law 115–234 ) are repealed.
