Section 741(b)(7) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16091(b)(7) ) is amended to read as follows: The Administrator shall— to the maximum extent practicable, achieve nationwide deployment of clean school buses and zero-emission school buses through the program under this section; and ensure a broad geographic distribution of awards. .
