Section 9502(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking October 1, 2023 and inserting January 12, 2024 ; and in subparagraph
(A)by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting or the . Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2023 ; Section 9502(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking October 1, 2023 and inserting January 12, 2024 .
