Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use, including the Director for the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, in consultation with the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and State alcohol and drug agencies, shall review, adjust, and report to Congress any changes made to the application for assistance under section 416 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5183 ) and to any other relevant guidance documents to reflect the amendments made by this Act.
