Section 410(d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 ( 7 U.S.C. 7630(d) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of paragraph (1); by striking the period at the end of paragraph

(2)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028. .
