Section 7(a) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3506(a) ) is amended to read as follows: Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of the Bolstering Ecosystems Against Coastal Harm Act , the head of each Federal agency affected by this Act shall revise or issue regulations and guidance as necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Act. .
