Section 1111(h)(1)(C) ( 20 U.S.C. 6311(h)(1)(C) ) is amended— by redesignating clause
(xiv)as (xv); and by inserting after clause
(xiii)the following: Information on arts courses, including— the number of, range, and sequence of course offerings; the average pupil-to-teacher ratio in such courses; the average amount of instructional time in such courses; and for each semester, the percentage (in the aggregate and dis­ag­gre­gated by high-poverty compared to low-poverty schools, which for the purpose of this subclause, means schools in the top quartile of poverty and the bottom quartile of poverty in the State) of— schools offering arts courses; students taking arts courses; and arts courses taught by arts teachers with full State certification or licensure. .
