The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall establish a plan for international coordination on research, development, and demonstration projects for carbon dioxide removal. In carrying out subsection (a), the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall coordinate with— the Secretary of State; and the Secretary of Energy.
