Not later than January 1, 2025, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of the Treasury shall jointly convene an advisory committee (in this section referred to as the committee ) consisting of 9 members to advise the Secretaries on how to improve the usefulness, accessibility, and usability of information made available in accordance the amendments made by sections 105 and 106, and by section 204 of division BB of the Consolidated Appropriation Act, 2021 ( Public Law 116–260 ), streamline the reporting of such information, and ensure that— such information is accurate, accessible, and is delivered in a form and manner consistent with the requirements of such section; the form and manner in which such information is delivered is routinely updated in accordance with widely-used practices in order to ensure accessibility; and such information is available for audit (including by making recommendations relating to how Federal and State actors may conduct such audits).
The Secretaries shall jointly appoint members representing end-users of the information described in subsection (a). Vacancies on the committee shall be filled by appointment consistent with this subsection not later than 3 months after the vacancy arises. The committee shall terminate on January 1, 2028. The Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.) shall not apply to the committee.
