Section 2313(c) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Contractor evaluation ratings as provided for at paragraph (b)(4) of section 1503 of part 42 of title 48, Code of Federal Regulations, as of the date of enactment of this paragraph. .
