Section 508A(a) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508a(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by inserting or biofuel crop after replanted crop ; and by adding at the end the following: The term biofuel crop means camelina, carinata, pennycress, and any other crop used in the production of advanced biofuels as designated by the Secretary. .
