Section 24 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( 7 U.S.C. 136v ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting , or any political subdivision of a State, after A State ; and by inserting or political subdivision after the State ; by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b). Section 3(c)(5) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( 7 U.S.C. 136a(c)(5) ) is amended, in the fourth sentence of the undesignated matter following subparagraph (D), by striking 24(c) of this Act and inserting 24(b) .
