Section 2954 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— by striking An Executive and inserting
(a); and Submitting information .—An Executive by adding at the end the following: For purposes of remedying any failure to comply with a request under subsection (a), section 1365a of title 28 and section 105 of the Revised Statutes of the United States shall apply to such a request in the same manner as such sections 1365a and 105 apply to a subpoena. .
