Section 3372(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(3)as subparagraphs
(A)through (C), respectively, and moving such subparagraphs, as so redesignated, 2 ems to the right; by striking and inserting the following: “ officer .—With respect to officer .— With respect to ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A unilateral definitization by a contracting officer shall be considered a final decision under chapter 71 of title 41, and a contractor may appeal this decision to the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals or the United States Court of Federal Claims. .
