Section 36(b) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2708(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (13), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (14), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: the restraining, seizing, forfeiting, or repatriating of stolen assets linked to foreign government corruption and the proceeds of such corruption. .
