Section 1076a of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking January 1, 2026 each place it appears and inserting January 1, 2027 . Section 701 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 10 U.S.C. 1076a note) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking January 1, 2025 and inserting January 1, 2026 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking January 1, 2026 and inserting January 1, 2027 ; and in subsection (c), by striking and 2026 and inserting 2026, and 2027 .
