Section 6803 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( 50 U.S.C. 3373 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(2), by inserting until the date that is 90 days after the delivery of the final volume of the Historical Record Report after quarterly basis ; and in subsection (c), by inserting until the date that is 180 days after the delivery of the final volume of the Historical Record Report after semiannually thereafter .
