Section 701(k) of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking gives birth while on active duty and inserting , while on active duty, gives birth, loses a pregnancy, or has a stillbirth, ; and by striking such birth and inserting such birth, loss of pregnancy, or stillbirth .
