Section 619(e)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting training, after Department, ; and by striking assignment or education and inserting assignment, education, or training . Section 14301(j)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by inserting training, after Department, ; and by striking assignment or education and inserting assignment, education, or training . Section 631(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking the President approves the report of the board which considered him for the second time and inserting the Secretary concerned releases the promotion results of the board which considered the officer for the second time to the public ; and in paragraph (2), by striking the President approves the report of the board which considered him for the second time and inserting the Secretary concerned releases the promotion results of the board which considered the officer for the second time to the public .
Section 632(a)(2) of such title is amended by striking the President approves the report of the board which considered him for the second time and inserting the Secretary concerned releases the promotion results of the board which considered the officer for the second time to the public . Section 14504 of such title is amended— in subsection (a), by striking the President approves the report of the board which considered the officer for the second time and inserting the Secretary concerned releases the promotion results of the board which considered the officer for the second time to the public ; and in subsection (b), by striking President approves the report of the selection board which resulted in the second failure and inserting the Secretary concerned releases the promotion results of the board which considered the officer for the second time to the public .
